The Spring Festival period is a “golden period” for investment promotion． Cities across the region， under the theme “Chushang Returning to Hometown to Build Support Points，” visited returning Chushang entrepreneurs， held project discussions， and successfully signed 24 investment projects worth over 100 million yuan each， totaling 8.794 billion yuan． These projects span various sectors， including modern agriculture， intelligent manufacturing， food processing， biomedicine， and cultural tourism integration， marking a strong start to the new year．
Hometown Bonds Bring Together Strength， Projects Inject Vitality． Over 30 promotional events， including investment conferences， discussion meetings， New Year gatherings， and job fairs， were meticulously organized． More than 500 outstanding hometown figures and “five－person elites” from various fields， including renowned entrepreneurs， experts from universities and research institutes， and leaders in rural entrepreneurship， were visited and engaged． The aim was to promote Xiantao’s business environment， industrial advantages， and development opportunities， attracting Chushang entrepreneurs to invest and start businesses back in their hometowns．
Upon learning about the hometown’s development needs， several “five－person elites” from Xianhe County proactively responded， joining forces to contribute． Wu Daigang， General Manager of Shenzhen GuYi Building Materials Co．， Ltd．， Shen Aibing， General Manager of Shenzhen Hongrongxing Technology Co．， Ltd．， and Zhang Biao， General Manager of Shenzhen Borxi Technology Co．， Ltd．， each invested 10 million yuan， contributing a total of 30 million yuan to establish the Xianhe Town Industry Fund． This fund follows the principles of “designated use， precise empowerment， and win－win cooperation，” focusing on supporting enterprises in Xianhe Town， especially in areas like startup funding， technological upgrades during growth， and market expansion during development． The fund also provides technical guidance， resource matching， and market information， addressing the “funding pain points” and “resource gaps” of enterprises．
During the Spring Festival period， high－quality project information was collected across the city， involving areas such as new materials， intelligent manufacturing， modern agriculture， and cultural tourism integration． The Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center closely tracked these potential projects， managing them in lists and promoting them with specialized teams． They precisely matched business development needs with local industrial plans， coordinated to solve problems encountered during project discussions， and worked to convert potential projects into signed and landed projects as soon as possible， improving the effectiveness of investment promotion．
The investment promotion frenzy continues beyond the signing ceremony． Local government leaders act as chief service officers， and departments across the city collaborate to provide “one－on－one” service for signed projects． This includes appointing dedicated personnel to handle administrative procedures， and coordinating solutions for issues related to land， labor， and financing． For example， Zhengchang Town， in collaboration with the human resources department， held a “Spring Breeze Sending Jobs” recruitment fair， providing over 130 job positions and reaching employment intentions for more than 90 people． Chenchang Town established a project information database and implemented dynamic tracking． Longhuashan Street offered proactive services， providing policy interpretation and coordinating elements． Maozui Town accelerated the revitalization of existing projects， ensuring land supply and fully promoting project landing．
A relevant official from the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center stated that they will continue to adhere to the principles of “projects are king， and service is key．” For signed projects， they will provide full－life cycle services， follow up on all stages including business registration， procedural handling， land supply， and resource support， and “unblock the last mile” of services to ensure projects start early， produce early， and yield results early．
