2025 Hubei Province National Top 100 Counties Basketball League Concludes Successfully

On　December　13，　2025，　the　Hubei　Province　National　Top　100　Counties　Basketball　League　came　to　a　successful　conclusion．

At　the　Xiangyang　competition　venue，　Mayor　Sun　Daojun，　Vice　Mayor　Xiong　Xiangtao，　and　Director　of　the　Municipal　People’s　Congress，　Yu　Wenhua，　presented　awards　to　the　winning　teams　and　athletes．

The　final　round　of　matches　was　held　in　four　locations：　Yidu，　Qianjiang，　Hanchuan，　and　Xiangyang．　The　Xiangyang　team　faced　off　against　the　Tianmen　team　at　home．　After　a　fierce　contest，　Tianmen　emerged　victorious．

Following　the　conclusion　of　the　matches，　the　four　venues　conducted　an　award　ceremony　via　video　link，　with　the　chief　referee　announcing　the　final　match　results　and　award　winners　through　a　live　broadcast　from　the　Qianjiang　main　venue．　The　Tianmen，　Hanchuan，　and　Qianjiang　teams　won　first，　second，　and　third　places，　respectively，　while　the　Xiangyang　team　finished　fifth．　The　Xiangyang　competition　venue　was　also　recognized　as　an　Excellent　Venue，　and　Xiangyang　team　member　Song　Yan　was　awarded　the　title　of　Three－Point　King，　while　Wang　Sai　was　named　the　Crowd　Favorite　of　the　Venue．

The　Top　100　Counties　Basketball　League　features　amateur　basketball　teams　from　eight　counties　and　cities　in　Hubei　Province　that　are　listed　among　China’s　Top　100　Counties．　The　league　covers　a　population　of　nearly　7　million　people．　The　14　rounds　of　56　matches　were　all　packed　with　spectators，　with　a　total　attendance　exceeding　100，000，　creating　an　extremely　energetic　atmosphere．　A　representative　from　the　provincial　sports　bureau　stated　that　the　league　has　promoted　basketball，　fulfilled　the　cultural　and　spiritual　needs　of　the　public，　strengthened　exchanges　and　connections　between　participating　counties　and　cities，　and　contributed　to　the　vibrant　development　of　regional　sports　economies．

City　leaders　Zhu　Huiling，　Xu　Youjun，　and　Du　Weihua　also　attended　the　event．
